REQUEST A QUOTE
Prepare the application, part-reference, quantity and shipping details needed for an efficient B2B replacement-parts review.
1. Identify the application
Provide the equipment type, manufacturer, model, serial information when available, engine make and engine model. If the part is not tied to a machine, describe the electrical or hydraulic system where it is installed.
2. Record the existing part
Copy every readable OEM, manufacturer and aftermarket reference exactly as shown. Include voltage, power, amperage, terminal markings or other visible specifications. State whether the existing part is original to the equipment if that is known.
3. Take useful photos
- One full-unit photo showing the overall shape.
- A close view of the label and part number.
- Mounting face, holes, bracket or flange.
- Pinion or pulley where applicable.
- Electrical terminals, plug and cable positions.
Use neutral lighting, keep the complete part in focus and avoid covering the label with fingers or tools.
4. State the commercial requirement
Include the required quantity, destination country or region and whether the request is for a sample, repair order or repeat/bulk requirement. If you have a target shipping method or delivery term, state it clearly so it can be considered during quotation. Availability and shipping conditions should be confirmed in the actual quotation.
5. Separate confirmed facts from assumptions
Mark any uncertain number, model or specification instead of presenting it as confirmed. EexcavaStart uses the submitted information for application review, but final installation decisions should follow the equipment manufacturer’s service information and qualified technical judgment.

Quick answers
01 FAQWhat is the minimum information for a replacement-parts enquiry?+
Start with the existing part number, equipment or engine model, clear photos, required quantity and destination. More complete details improve the identification review.
02 FAQCan EexcavaStart identify a part from one photo?+
Sometimes a photo helps narrow the options, but several views plus readable numbers and application details are normally more reliable than one image.
03 FAQShould shipping details be included in the first enquiry?+
Yes. Provide the destination country or region and any preferred shipping method or delivery term so the commercial request can be reviewed more clearly.
